The award winning blue flag beach, which is the start of the famous dunes 'Las Dunas', is a further 30 minutes walk. At the harbour, which is a 5 minute walk, one can find various different boat trips and the ferry to Lanzarote.
There is a wide variety of restaurants to suit all tastes.
If you are after music The Rock cafe in the main street and Rosie O'Grady's on Calle Pizarro are excellent for their live music however there are many other very good live music venues.
